Who Are We?
The owner of the agency Ragusa Immobiliare, Alessandro Azzone, graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in Architecture, with his final year thesis studying the techniques of energy efficiency in public buildings. In 2005, Mr Azzone also attended the London Metropolitan University.
The objective of Ragusa Immobiliare is to create and provide important relations between the agency and technicians specialising in the construction industry, providing the opportunity for additional services in these fields. Thanks to this relationship we are able to offer reliable quotes for property restoration by using accurate computerised analyses and preliminary architectural plans. This ensures a quality project solution.
Our real estate agency offers a professional and competent service guaranteeing a standard of quality. We follow, in detail, the entire negotiations process for buying, selling or renting, and we are on hand to examine, evaluate and assess any property entrusted to us.
Where are we?
There are two different offices of Ragusa Immobiliare, both in the province of Ragusa, on the Southeast coast of Sicily. The first is situated in the touristic centre of Marina di Ragusa in Via Imperia n.15, in front of Banco di Sicilia. The second office can be found in Ragusa, where other experienced professionals work in the technical studio of Alessandro Azzone at Via della Quercia n.48, Ragusa, Italy.
