We determine, with precision, the final price, the option to market or publicise, and method of payment. With Ragusa Immobiliare’s exclusive selling rights, the client benefits from expertise unique to Ragusa Immobiliare. If you choose this contract, the agency requests a percentage of 1.50% of the final selling price. Also, if Ragusa Immobiliare deems it appropriate, we will translate the property advertisement on our website into three different languages, (Italian, English, and German) free of charge.

2. Irrevocable tasks of Ragusa Immobiliare:With this contract it is the sole task of Ragusa Immobiliare to sell your property. We determine, with precision, the final price, the option to market or publicise, and method of payment. Upon giving the irrevocable responsibility of sale to Ragusa ImmobilIare, the seller is free to give tasks to more than one agency, but in this instance, the agency will require a percentage of 2.00%. With this contract, the agency provides publicity in Italian only. Should the client decide to terminate the contract before it is completed, he or she is required to pay damages amounting to the time deficit.
